Camp Assembly
There will a special 'Camp Reunion' assembly on Friday for all parents who would like to come and see the videos and photos from camp. If you have any photos to share please upload them to Facebook or email them to your child's teacher by middayThursday.

Uniform
As some of you are aware there is sometimes a lengthy delay between when we order uniforms and when we receive them. We carry some polar fleeces in stock but as the weather is starting to cool we would like to make sure we have sufficient polar fleeces in the correct sizes. If your child will need a new polar fleece in the coming months could you please indicate on the attached form the size you require? Thanks, hopefully this will prevent our children turning blue and shaky in the coming months.

We intend adding trousers and a vest as optional items to the school uniform. Samples are available in the office for viewing until the end of this week.

Library
We really want all our children reading lots this year and will have awards each term for Reading. Please click on this link to sign up with the local library and begin a pattern of getting library books regularly. Join the library

Headlice
Please check your child for headlice as we have had reports of infestations since camp.

As we all know headlice are hard to control, but we as a small community are in a position to do it. Let’s make Tuesdays check for headlice day. If we all check and treat we can beat this thing.

Parent handbook online
The draft parent handbook is now on our website. It answers questions about uniform, transporting, our school rules and consequences, home-school communication and relationships, and information about digital devices within our school. Please let us know other questions you might have that we need to answer in the handbook and then we will finalise it for this year.

Lots of Bamboo, Boards, Blocks, Wooden boxes, Old sheets or tablecloths, baling twine, Paving Stones, Hammocks, Picnic Blankets, Tents or Pergolas, Clean Logs

Wheels Day on Friday
Feel free to bring scooters, skates, bikes and skateboards. However, please also send helmets and understand that no helmet means no riding.

Electric Jug
Thank you so much Kimber family for giving us an electric jug for the staffroom. It has kept those smiley faces going at morning tea times.

Yummy Stickers
